Why Trump REALLY Won

Tuesday’s are my longest day at school. I start with an 8 a.m. class and don’t get home until a little after 7 p.m. The night of the election, votes were already pouring in, and around 7:30 p.m., Hillary was in the lead. I started getting pretty tired so I went to bed with Trump starting to catch up. When I woke up the next morning, the first thing that I did was turn on Fox Channel 2 News to find out who won the election. Trump?!? Whaaaat!?! Now I couldn’t vote for either candidate; I had to vote 3rd party because I felt sick to my stomach about either of them. Trump won; shaking my head in disbelief, I got ready for school and headed to campus.

I’m a Production Horticulture major so my first stop was the Agriculture building for a few hours. My classmates, one of my professors, and I chatted about it a bit; we were all shocked and expressed our feelings about it very civilly but it was what it was and we went on with class.

Later that day, I went to the library and found out what it really meant! Black students were arguing with White students. A table next to me, Hispanics were in a heated discussion and teary eyed. I had to leave the library and started boo-hooing. I was like, “This election has really shown me how divided Americans really feel about this outcome.”

As a Christian, it really affected me and tore me up inside how one man can cause this reaction. I boo-hooed off and on all the rest of my school day finally having to talk to two instructors to help calm me down. When I got home, I turned on the news and found out that basically every American was just as shocked, confused, and flabbergasted that this man had won the presidency.

Now, I’m the type of person that can’t just shrug something off and be like, “Oh well, it is what it is, time to move on.” I was like, “How in the world did this man win???” Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, just assumed Hillary would win. People that voted for Trump and people who voted 3rd party probably said to themselves as they voted, “(sigh)…Well, I tried…” The media, co-workers, fellow students, personally I think all Americans were resigned to the fate that Hillary won this one.

So I was like, “How did this man win when everybody JUST KNEW Hillary would.” So I did what God tells us to do:

Matthew 26:41
“Watch and pray…”

I started researching. Back to back to back; 48 hours worth of research and what I found TOTALLY blew my mind. God chose Trump! Did you hear me? God chose Trump for the United States of America!

Now Trump is a hot mess; okay, he is. But, Hillary is a hot EVIL mess. I had honestly thought the lesser of the two evils was her, oh how I was wrong. After researching and digging into this woman’s past, I discovered how her and Bill are some corrupt, lying, scandalous, crooked, nefarious, UNGODLY individuals. It blew my mind how much dirt I found on them that has been covered up from the average American. Then I got to thinking how the media slapped us up, down, and sideways with ALL the negative things that Trump has done recently and in his past. Hillary, NOT A WORD. Maybe, “Oh her emails…but we can just sweep that under the rug.” Really think about it; if you watch the news or are addicted to social media, recall how much negativity you heard about Trump and how much you heard about Hillary; it doesn’t compare.

I’m really into Bible prophecy. It fascinates me how God has left us mad clues on what’s to come and how to prepare for it. So I went to my default website to catch up and was floored!

I went to Endtime Ministries to see what good ol’ Irvin Baxter had to say about this subject. (Go to www.endtime.com and brush up on world events through the Christian eye.) Trump started rising in the polls around 7:30 p.m. The average person did not know what started occurring at that time. Not unless you did some research.
A Christian church channel, Daystar, went on the air and started asking and beseeching America to pray and fast for our country. They also reached a ton of people through social media as well. At that EXACT moment, God heard His people and divinely intervened on our behalf.

Don’t take my word for it! Go to the site and see it for yourself,

http://www1.cbn.com/cbnnews/us/2016/november/michele-bachmann-on-election-night-prayer-the-lord-did-this

“During an election night broadcast by Kenneth Copeland Ministries on Daystar Television, called, “America Stands: Election Coverage in the Spirit of Faith,” former U.S. Congresswoman Michele Bachmann and David Barton of Wallbuilders Ministries announced state by state results as they rolled in.
The event was streamed live online. Bachmann and Barton produced a chart they claim showed that Donald Trump’s chances of winning the election increased as Hillary Clinton’s chances decreased as Christians were praying about 8:30 pm eastern time.”

This was not their chart that they rigged up, they pulled this chart from the New York Times coverage!

God did this through people’s’ prayers!

2 Chronicles 7:14
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

“We have a prayer room here,” Bachmann said in a video of the program, “we had people all across the United States joining with our prayer room here in Dallas in prayer, and look what happened. This was the moment when the whole race broke, when prayer began, when the church came out…It’s phenomenal!”
“Already we know that the glory goes to the God Almighty,” she said, “the God of the Universe, the Sovereign Lord. He is the one who did this for us. He did, because His people got on their knees and cried out to Holy God and said, ‘We can’t go down this road any more, Father, we ask you for your mercy.’ And this is the proof positive of what the Lord did. The Lord did this!”

On the news, I seen all these “poll scientists” and “election professionals” still scratching their heads and STILL can’t understand how in the world it happened. That’s because God happened!

What broke my heart and made me boo-hoo even more, is that other, OTHER nations were praying for the fate of America! Folks in Israel were down on their knees crying out to God Almighty to help their “best friend”, the U.S. I was like,”This country can be so self-centered and not care about other countries but other nations are also fasting and praying for us!?!” Like I said, my mind was blown!

I encourage you to do your own research. Find things out! There was so much that was going on under the surface than you know. I just thank God that I had a way to get this information out to others.

Now, Trump can be a mess but I praise God that he has a Christian in Mr. Pence to take him by the hand and help him through this. Hillary (and co-president Bill) Clinton would have totally and utterly destroyed this country; I truly believe that.  Especially after all the hussed up information I found on them.

Ever since Donald Trump began to surge as a candidate last year, Christians have been pointing to the book of Isaiah and comparing Trump with the ancient Persian king Cyrus.  Cyrus would be the one who would cause Jerusalem to be rebuilt after it had been destroyed decades earlier by the Babylonians.  Israel is dying to have the ability to finally rebuild their 3rd temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalen.  I think Bible prophecy is at work here!

We have power, folks. Prayer is power!

Romans 13:1

King James Version (KJV)

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

New Living Translation
Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God.

We must pray to God daily to help guide our leaders ’cause God has our backs, In Jesus’ Name, Amen!!!

The Holy Bible–God Is Bigger Than Our Problems

I’ve been going through some “woe is me”, “life sucks”, “why me?” depression lately.  I have admittedly been lacking in the faith department.  I usually have one bad week, finally pray a lot, then seem to snap out of it for a few weeks before the next wave of uncertainty and depression crashes in again.

Psalm 40:17

KING JAMES VERSION

But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me:  thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.

CONTEMPORARY ENGLISH VERSION

I am poor and needy, but, LORD God, you care about me, and you come to my rescue.  Please hurry and help.

The summary of my issue is this.  I graduated with an A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology in 2013.  Immediately the fall semester of that same year, I attended a different university for schooling in Computed Tomography.  I am ARRT registered in both modalities, purchased my IEMA license and now all of my pretty, glistening paperwork is displayed in nice frames…hanging on my wall…collecting dust.  I’ve applied at SO MANY facilities in Illinois and Missouri that I should be an ultimate professional at filling out online applications.  Like I said, I’ve got to pray to strengthen my faith.

James 1:3-4

KING JAMES VERSION

Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.  But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

CONTEMPORARY ENGLISH VERSION

You know that you learn to endure by having your faith tested.  But you must learn to endure everything, so that you will be completely mature and not lacking in anything.

My plan was to hurry up and get a job, complete all of my necessary training, drop to PRN status in plenty of time to be ready for my new educational adventure of obtaining my B.S. in Agricultural Sciences in Horticulture (I’m a super pumped avid gardener and want to learn even more about my beloved plants and flowers!)…but, you see, that was MY plan, possibly NOT GOD’S PLAN.  I’ve prayed and prayed for my plan and my heart’s desire to unfold the way I WANT it to…but I ALWAYS end my prayers with, “I want YOUR WILL to be done in my life, LORD!”  So, I am struggling with just taking things a day at a time and working on increasing my faith in God, day by day, and put a smile on my face!

1 John 5:14-15

KING JAMES VERSION

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:  and if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

CONTEMPORARY ENGLISH VERSION

We are certain that God will hear our prayers when we ask for what pleases him.  And if we know that God listens when we pray, we are sure that our prayers have already been answered.

Philippians 4:6-7

KING JAMES VERSION

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.  And the peace of God which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

CONTEMPORARY ENGLISH VERSION

Don’t worry about anything, but pray about everything.  With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God.  Then, because you belong to Christ Jesus, God will bless you with peace that no one can completely understand.  And this peace will control the way you think and feel

I need to really, Really, REALLY pray to try to keep things in perspective.  Yes I want employment in the field that I spent 3 1/2 yrs preparing for BUT I do NOT want to lose sight of continually seeking for salvation.  Because when you really get down to the brass tacks, THAT IS WHAT MATTERS MOST!

Romans 8:5-6

KING JAMES VERSION

For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.  For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

CONTEMPORARY ENGLISH VERSION

People who are ruled by their desires think only of themselves.  Everyone who is ruled by the Holy Spirit thinks about spiritual things.  If our minds are ruled by our desires, we will die.  But if our minds are ruled by the Spirit, we will have life and peace.
